Stop coping with Fibromyalgia. Start living again.

Finally understand what sets your Fibro off, know what to do before a flare takes hold, and start rebuilding a life that feels like yours again.

An eight-week group with me, Rashpal. Small groups, ten places only.

I know that life, because I lived it

At 35, I was bedridden and depressed. Learning to manage my Fibromyalgia, using the same approach I teach in this programme, is what gave me the confidence to take control of it, and to handle whatever life brought next.

In the 25 years since, with Fibromyalgia the whole way through, I raised my son, cared for my parents, and built and ran a social enterprise for eleven years, delivering wellbeing programmes under NHS and local authority contracts. I’ve supported over 1,400 people.

This is what I taught them, now shaped around Fibromyalgia. It isn’t a cure. It’s how I got my life back. I’m 60 now, and my life is my own again. I’d like that for you too.

What changes

Mind: you stop being caught off guard.
You find out what keeps you steady, what tips you over, and why. You learn the early signs that a flare is coming, and what you’ll do about each one. You work out what you need from other people when it’s bad.
You leave knowing what to do, instead of waiting to see what happens.

Body: your body stops being a guessing game.
Food that works when you have very little energy. Movement that starts where you are today. Pacing that lets you enjoy a good day without paying for it afterwards.
You leave with a way of eating, moving and resting you can keep up.

Soul: you start building again.
We go back to what wellness means to you, and you choose one thing you want back in your life. Then you plan the steps to get there.
You leave with a goal that fits the life you have now, and a clear first step.

What you’ll have by the end

  • Your own written wellbeing plan, to keep, use and share with the people who support you
  • A clear picture of your triggers and early warning signs, with an action for each
  • A plan for when you flare, and a way to learn from each one
  • Simple, realistic changes to how you eat, move and pace your day
  • A goal you’re moving towards
  • A group of people who understand, without having to explain
  • A certificate of completion

What this isn’t

It isn’t a cure, and it isn’t medical treatment. It isn’t a diet, and it isn’t about thinking your way out of pain. Nobody will ask you to push through.

It’s a way of taking back the parts of your life you can influence, with people who understand.
